6、 因氣缸前蓋及活塞均較短，一般行程不可選擇太大；
7、在低溫環(huán)境下，應(yīng)采取抗凍措施，防止系統(tǒng)中的水分凍結(jié)；
8、氣缸在工作過程中應(yīng)盡可能避免受側(cè)向載荷，以維持氣缸的正常工作和使用壽命;
9、氣缸拆下長時間不使用，要注意表面防銹，進排氣口應(yīng)加防塵堵塞帽， 特別注意：前、后蓋不可自行拆卸；
10、C型扣環(huán)的裝拆：
10.1、裝拆時一定要使用合適的手鉗（C型扣環(huán)安裝工具）進行，確保安全， 避免因C型扣環(huán)飛出，對人體或周邊機器造成損害；
10.2、確保C型扣環(huán)裝入本體扣環(huán)溝槽后，方可通氣。
